Stephanie + Riley’s Sweet Summertime Wedding at the McNay

The McNay Art Museum had always been a special place for Stephanie Francic and Riley White, so it only seemed natural to select San Antonio and the McNay for their wedding destination. The couple fell in love with the city’s rich history and Mexican influence and knew they wanted to bring forth those details into their wedding design. But, also wanted add a soft, romantic, garden vibe to complement the existing ornate features of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the museum.

We worked closely with the Vintage Bouquet to carefully select luxurious florals and greenery reminiscent of an English garden. A custom installation was built to house a canopy of whimsical foliage over the head table. Guest tables were adorned with lush floral focused compote centerpieces and a few tall centerpieces placed in the middle of the room to balance the floor plan.

After Stephanie and Riley’s romantic first dance and sentimental toasts, Stephanie and her father treated guests to a special father-daughter dance that they spent months preparing. Soon guests were dancing the night away in a fiesta filled room. Stephanie and Riley had the chance to sneak out for a few romantic shots with their getaway car before their departure.
