Hi, I'm Caroline Gollner, owner and founder of VOLARÉ Planning & Design. My passion for weddings has existed for as long as I can remember, as etiquette and southern traditions alike were an interwoven fabric of my childhood. As a young adult, I ventured to New York and found myself immersed in the culinary industry and later in bridal fashion by working for some notable New York bridal designers, and so began the obsession of all things wedding! But, interior design school was the icing on the cake that made event design my life’s work. In 2010 VOLARÉ Planning & Design was incepted, and in 2013 we moved the party to San Antonio, Texas.
Most recently, my husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a destination vow renewal. When I'm not planning weddings, I enjoy travel and memorable adventures with my family.
