Coordinate wedding reception venue search appointments, attend such appointments with you or for you, as well as negotiate the final contract if the wedding location has not been accounted for.
Unlimited wedding planning meetings and venue/catering walkthroughs.
Provide and manage detailed budget tracking software, as well as monitor and maintain on target wedding budget solutions and timely vendor payments.
Design and maintain wedding website with pertinent wedding information, and upload guest list into wedding website for RSVP collection.
Provide up to three (3) quotes from vendors in all vendor categories, as well as negotiate terms, hours of service, and contracts with such vendors.
Schedule vendor appointments and attend unlimited vendor meetings with you or for you.
