Coordination

To Love

Our foundational concierge level partial planning experience is designed for the couple who expects more than just mere wedding coordination. With partial planning, you will not only LOVE the personalized guidance and expertise, but will also LOVE having a professional wedding planner at your side to attend important vendor meetings, procure needed vendors, and provide additional planning time. With partial planning, we guarantee that your wedding will not only be seamless and beautiful, but intentional and a reflection of you. You will LOVE us for it!

When you book this service, you will gain access to the best wedding planning software on the market, ensuring ultimate organization from day one. We will begin with an initial consultation to refine your plans, build momentum, and provide expert solutions to enhance your vision. Then, we are on retainer for unlimited email and phone communication, as well as have three power wedding planning sessions to answer your wedding related questions throughout this joyous process.

Additionally, we will accompany you to three (3) of your most important vendor meetings (typically catering tasting or walkthrough, rentals and decor meeting, and floral design meeting or mockup) and two (2) timeline meetings with your photographer, videographer, or DJ/Band, providing professional guidance to make informed decisions.

At approximately 90 days (12 weeks) prior to your wedding date, we will:

  • Assume the role of primary contact for all vendors.
  • Conduct a comprehensive vendor inventory.
  • Procure all remaining needed vendors.
  • Participate in an early venue walkthrough and planning meeting to finalize all of the details of your wedding, which will culminate with our presence at the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, where a flawless execution is ensured.

With Partial Planning, you will LOVE having an experienced wedding planner by your side for key vendor meetings. Early professional guidance will enable you to truly enjoy your engagement and the weeks leading up to your wedding day. Partial planning will allow you to LOVE and appreciate the investment you have made in your wedding experience.
