Wedding design planning begins immediately, or after all major vendors are secured.
Provide customized multi-page design plan to include every aspect of design, such as: ceremony and reception florals, specialty installs, invitation suite design and flat lay planning, furniture and decor rentals, lighting design, and floor plan design.
Provide floral education and guidance as well as unlimited vendor meetings in regard to design, in order to cover all phases of the design process.
Procure furniture, decor rentals, and linens for entire wedding layout, as well as construct a professional floor plan rendering to accommodate the design plan.
Present at all meetings regarding wedding invitation suites, and reception stationery, as well as provide input on the design of the flat lay.
Procure lighting professionals, if specialty lighting such as string lighting, uplighting, pin-spotting or gobos are required to complete the overall aesthetic.
Draft a details photography checklist to supplement the wedding day timeline, in order to ensure coverage of all aspects of wedding details photography.
